It is a passport or driving licence data within the term of validity.
2. Certificate of residence or utility bill
If you chose passport, you need to add certificate of residence or utility bill. Invoice of the utility bill (electricity, gas, water) listed on the address or residence certificate within 3 months from issue and payment.

1. CEO and account executive ID driving license or passport
Passport or driving licence within the term of validity.

Company's certified copy of register within 3 months from issue.
4. Article of association and clause.

5. Proof of shareholder information, such as stock issue / allocation ledger etc.
A copy of the register of shareholders who submitted to the tax office "There is no difference with the register of shareholders of company custody, seal of the representative of the company".
6. Proof of current director information such as list of director etc
You should prepared a list of officers appropriately, "A list of officers of the company as of Month day and year(ex May 1st, 2017), the seal of the representative of the company"
7. All of the latest audited annual accounts report or Certificate of Good Standing.
A copy of the most recent corporate income tax return "There is no difference in the copy of the corporation tax return declaration to be kept by the company, the seal of the representative of the company"
8. Board of Directors Meeting
Board of Directors Meeting that internal agreement to open an account with MAKASKY.
The Board of Directors meeting must have there signature or seal of directors.
